I’m a fully qualified, accredited and licensed Level 4 massage therapist who specializes in sports massage, deep tissue therapy, and dry needling. I’m passionate about helping athletes and active individuals recover faster and perform better through the power of massage therapy.
My interest in sports massage and deep tissue therapy stems from my experience as a personal trainer.
I understand the toll that intense physical activity can take on the body, and I’ve seen first-hand how massage therapy can help speed up recovery, reduce soreness and prevent injuries. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or a professional athlete, I’m here to help you perform at your best.
We’ll start your appointment with a careful assessment to identify the areas of dysfunction or weakness and devise a treatment plan.
I use a combination of deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, muscle energy, dry needling, and other techniques to help release tension and promote healing. I also incorporate stretching and range of motion exercises to help you maintain flexibility and prevent future injuries.
And it’s not all serious stuff either! I’m a firm believer that laughter is the best medicine, so we’ll have some fun along the way too. Whether it’s sharing life tips or telling funny stories, we’ll make sure you leave feeling better than when you walked in.
