- Please kindly note that I operate a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy
- Rescheduling or Cancellation of appointments with less than 24hrs notice will incur 100% charge of the service booked
NO SHOWS / LATENESS
- Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may not be able to complete a full session but will be charged a full fee for the service booked.
- If you do not arrive to your appointment you will incur a 100% charge of the service booked
